That is a lot of words to choose from. Can't you narrow it down to maybe 10 or so?

Options, since this is a quiz?

This has been done before, and a lot better. A LOT better. Like, so much better it is almost scary...

Questions should start with a capital letter and end with a question mark. This should be an essay survey. The category should be food/drink. Favorite should be spelled out. Do not provide options.

In addition to what the others said, you are assuming that everybody drinks alcoholic beverages and some of us don't and you are also assuming that even if we did consume that your list would include our favorite.

The first letter in "if" needs to be capitalized because it begins your sentence. Fav should be favourite or favorite.
You need to pick a better category.

This is one that actually don't need any options, follow wolfchiks advice.

First of all, capitalize the first letter in your question and end it with a question mark, not all those periods, and delete all those periods within the question. They are not needed.

Secondly, there are too many alcohol beverages to list. I suggest letting this be an essay survey so that we can name our own. Maybe ask for our favorite drink and the recipe. I live in New Orleans and sometimes people create their own drinks and shots so there's no way to list them all here. Maybe link this to a website that lists drinks and/or recipes.
