I don't have a sister, let alone a 35 year old sibling. If you want me to pretend then say so... even so I don't know if I could answer honestly because it's hard to say with out ever being faced with the situation.

Definitely needs an "Other" option. You may also want to put it in "Hypothetical Question" since I suspect a lot of people here don't have a 35-year-old sister.
