Amanda-Insensitive means not being sensitive. Rude means being impolite. You can be rude without being insensitive by doing something like cutting in front of someone in line. That's rude, but it's not insensitive.

I thought I just answered this survey a minute ago. But, I guess that was about the rudest thing that's been said. Close to the same thing.
