dora...Tea and coffee were not on the list of foods or activities shown to increase or stimulate the production of endorphins. That is why they were not included. I took the list from an article entitled "Natural Highs" and these were the only substances and activities listed that researchers have found stimulate the release of endorphins. If you can show me evidence that tea and coffee also stimulate the release of endorphins, I'd be happy to include them. |

Chocolate is not natural.Well,it's natural in the same way cocaine it's natural.But since chocolate is legal...add other legal drugs such as tea and coffee or leave out chocolate. |
