Is there a combination of foods that you eat that other people think is weird or gross? Name them.

For example, I put jelly on my biscuits and gravy. I've seen people put ketchup on eggs. My sister used to like peanut butter, pickle, and bologna sandwiches.

Not that I can think of offhand. I usually don't remember or pay attention to what other people think is gross. The only one I really remember is a co-worker thinking a combo was "gross" and it was a dessert drink that most people would have liked. I think she was just saying "gross" because it's unusual. (Her personality led me to think that.) Some people are like that. They knock it before they try it, just because it's different and not because they are genuinely grossed out by it. In case you are wondering:
50% egg nog, 50% 7-up, and a spoonful or 2 of malt powder.
I would think most people who like egg nog would "yum" at that.

There are so many picky finicky eaters out there in the world, I sure there must be something that someone would find "weird or gross", but nothing specific comes to mind.

From your examples, biscuits and jelly sounds pretty normal. The gravy is what sounds weird to me, although I know that people who live in the southeastern US eat stuff like that. Cranberry jelly with turkey gravy and biscuits sounds sensible enough. People put apple sauce on pork, mint jelly on lamb, currant jelly on game birds etc. so the idea isn't that far out. Ketchup on eggs is so normal that most restaurants around here bring ketchup to the table when you order eggs. I don't use it myself, except for a plain cheese omelet if there's no salsa. I've heard of the peanut butter/dill pickle combo for years. The idea doesn't appeal to me, but I've seen plenty of similar combinations. My nephew, who is a very picky eater, likes peanut butter on celery sticks. Some people eat that with raisins added. Peanut sauce on meat is quite common in the cuisines of southeast Asia and parts of Africa.

I like vinegar on spinach and Brussel sprouts. I love Trappey's Louisiana Hot Sauce on pork rinds, hard boiled egg yokes, and omelets. I also sometimes like to mess jelly in with my scrambled eggs and hash browns. I love artichokes with mayonnaise and garlic butter.

I really love liver and onions.

I'm very unconventional with my food likes, (clams and oysters are only 2 things I still don't like) and I will eat any combination of any things at any time, whether they "go together" or not!

All kinds...
I like to put Honeynut Cheerios in my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
I like a can of tuna in my potato salad.
I like to put a handful of Cheez-Its in my V8.
I like putting grated parmesan cheese on just about any kind of soup (esp. split pea).
I like melting half a block of (cubed) cheddar cheese into a pot of spaghetti.

I'm sorry, Z, but I've never been brought the ketchup for my eggs. Never seen it done unless it was asked for either. I asked this question because at some point in their lives, a lot of people have been out with friends or at a long-lost relative's house and ordered or whipped up something the other person thought gross. And I was curious to see if anything sounded good to try. I love peanut sauce on chicken, and peanut butter on celery sticks. I've also dipped carrot sticks in peanut butter, it's the only way you'll get raw carrots past my lips.

When I order biscuits and gravy, usually the breakfast comes with eggs and hashbrowns, and I'll take bites of jelly with those too. Love the sweet and salty combo. I will also pour maple syrup over my scrambled eggs, depending on my mood.

Oh, for sure! I think it actually is the salty part I love.

I also love my own sweet and sour. I can fine tune ingredients to suit my taste! (brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, and at the end, the corn starch to thicken it, meanwhile, the fried up pork cubes have the salt, and toss in pineapple chunks)

I 've loved maple syrup and sausages (link or patty) for years, too. Now you can buy it!

I found it at some little Irish store in North Carolina, but it is prevelant in Canada. It is actually the same company as I believe Lee and Perrons, the ingredients are the same, but gathered and put together somewhere else. For some reason, HP sauce is much tastier. Whenever someone I know goes to Canada, I put my request in for the barbeque sauce. They have other 'flavors, the Fruity Sauce and steak sauce, but for some reason, the barbeque sauce is difficult to find.

Well, I like ketchup on scrambled eggs only, and only sometimes. I've seen someone put ketchup on pizza or on fried chicken, and I used to occasionally put ketchup or BBQ sauce on mashed potatoes. But I think I have you all beat....for a while in high school my almost nightly snack was a sandwich with almost every ingredient I could find in the fridge. Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and one with cream cheese. Cover the peanut butter with cold cheeze whiz, then sprinkle bacos or real bacon bits over the cheeze whiz and sprinkle garlic powder or choppped raw garlic (or even whole, small, peeled cloves..BAM!) on the cream cheese. Put liverwurst (on top of the cream cheese side) , then bologna, ham or other similar cold cuts on top (nothing unprocessed like turkey or roast beef please). Add american, cheddar, swiss, etc cheese in slices. Add pickle chips, sliced onions, mayo, mustard and maybe a bit of bbq sauce. The important thing is to have as many ingredients as possible (different meats and cheeses), but the liverwurst and the other spreads are key to the sandwich. Pretty gross, huh? Well it tasted pretty good to me, and my mom used to finish it if I had some left. After I went to school, I phased it down to bologna, peanut butter, mayo, and potato chips. And now I don't bother with any of it. Also used to make egg salad, cheese, ham, pickle, mustard, mayo sandwiches in the DC at school. Up here people like to put tuna in macaroni salad, which I can't understand (I hate tuna though). Bacon and sausage with maple syrup is good. Also, it was my mom who introduced me to peanut butter and bacon, and I have seen at least one restaurant with it on the menu. My friend's grandma made us matzo brie (?) once, which is a traditional Jewish dish of matzoh broken into eggs and scrambled. It tasted ok, but I couldn't really understand the point of it.
