It is either the 3rd or 4th rib from the bottom. The chiropractor said my neck is too straight, I have some curving in my spine and I have one hip that is higher than the other. The good news is all my disk are spaced out as they should be and there's nothing that can't be corrected. As with the headaches, I always carry stress in my neck and shoulders till the muscles get so tight that I start having headaches and body aches. I been having the headaches for months...many months, but for the last month I've been having them everyday. I'm sure it's all a mixture of stress and not working out anymore. I don't know how to get rid of the stress, I've dealt with it as best I can so screw it! I felt like a 20 year old when I was working out and hiking but I work two jobs now so I'm lucky just to have the energy to make it to the couch to sit between jobs. I feel like I've been in a car wreck. I'm so damned tired of hurting!!! I haven't went to the doctor to this point because she'll probably put me on pain pills. I don't want the pain covered I want the problem that's causing it to go away!

I been having a lot of headaches so I decided to start going back to the chiropractor. In my x ray it showed I have a detached rib (even I could see it was not hooked to my spine). I couldn't tell her if it is causing any pain since at this point my whole body hurts and I can't say my shortness of breath is not cause from years of smoking. She didn't seem very concerned about it but knowing how chiropractors think adjusting the spine will cure everything I'm thinking I should talk to my doctor about it. Do you think I'm over reacting? I'm sure how this might have happened and if I'm right it was maybe 5 years ago. If it were going cause problems wouldn't it have already done it's damage?
