Sorry to hear this. My Mom (who already has very advanced breast cancer) was just diagosed with a tumor on her brain and will be having surgery on Tuesday. I understand how you're feeling. I hope the best for you all and the surgery is a success and a speedy recovery for your brother. |

I don't know anyone with zucchini, or none has been offered to me anyway. If we lived closer I'd love to take some off your hands! There is a local farmer that we always buy corn and some other produce from every year, he always has good zucchini, I'll have to stop by sometime soon. | moonstone

zucchini appetizers
3 c. finely chopped zucchini
1 c. bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. onion finely chopped
1/2 c. grated parmesean cheese
2 TBSP snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
dash pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. veg. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease 13x9 pan. Mix all ingred., spread into pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Do not underbake, cut into pieces about 2"x1".
