yep, i feel for you....... i think it is kind of nice that it will just be the two of us and we'll be able to just hang out. we haven't had an "alone at home" holiday in a while and although i do like having family and or friends, it is nice to know my next 4-5 days will be relaxing!!

Merry Christmas all!! i just finished a 24hr shift at work and am sitting with a cat on my lap, drinking tea in the quiet house. it is already 70 degrees F here..... we are having dinner at home, just my partner and i. it's a little bit of a somber holiday, a very good friend of ours husband was killed in a car accident a week ago. she is in missouri with family for the funeral. her family was suppose to have dinner with us today. very sad!!
everyone have a safe and happy holiday!! sorry to be a downer! |
