This is like the conversation I had for years straight with my radio, only the subject matter was personal.

I don't think I ever met anyone who didn't come back.

Dang. Thanks all. Guess I need to visit the forum once in a while. I have a party responsibility? I don't quite think I fullfilled that this year. I did get taken to lunch at least.

Oh good, no debate necessary here. There are many more things to be worried about though. Obama would have to change his voting record to live up to his recent speeches, and Clinton has a new world order agenda lined up which also reduces our liberties. Fortunately good things are happening too like global investing in more solar tech, hopefully before we dump the rain forests into our gas pumps.

Ok, got the photos from here. I forgot about suggesting to get a good sun angle or using the exposure lock. That was good. It kind of kick started Spring. Yeah, that water was cold, made me stop mourning my failed attempt at making it out body-surfing earlier, though I plan to try again tomororrow or my B-day/Easter/Sunday anyhow.

Yay. Are you going to post a picture of us (send me one at least I hope)? (everyone unanimously misspells my name). Irene looks way more young and charming than I expected. I was expecting a gaunt accountant and found a bubbly boisterous refined Venus. We had fun.

Sleep paralysis is the medical explanation for kundalini awakenings. I intentionally go into sleep paralysis several nights per week to go on astral flights. You can find your way to the void, tunnels of light or dark screaming banshees, or beautific visions through this process. I can imagine it be scary if you are not psychologically prepared for the experience. It is a doorway to one plane of the collective-unconsciousness. Probably the most important consideration here is being grounded either in an ego you are appy to return to, or at least a faith in a protective guiding force. If it just happens spontaneously without any spiritual motive it could well be a sign that you are depressed, see no hope in your mortal realm, and are in danger of drifting away from your ego ties, with no better connection to replace it.

Look at it as a positive thing. Interacting with people physically is much more invigorating, and you should have plenty of opportunity to do that at school. If your old routine comfort is falling apart it's time to start a fresh new life. Good luck.

I have rarely been on time to anything in my life. Just today I was to have a dentist appointment, which I made for 5pm to make sure I was awake in time, but alas I slept 13 hours, waking at 7pm and missing my appointment. I have a huge pit in my tooth that recently showed up. I often arrive at meetings or classes just when they are ending. I go anyhow so as to not let myself off the hook and get in the habit of giving up.

Anyhow, how critical is timing to your factory? Certainly it's not a railroad. Could you just have people show up whenever they want with the requirement that they put in a full work day, or do you have to have time coordinated shifts to get the production done?

I'd suggest having your employees voting on what the hours of operation are there, or even starting a second shift, but most likely your late people will be late no matter when they are scheduled. Some people simply don't have it together to arrive on time. If you punished people with an hour of unpaid overtime for every ten minutes they were late, I'd probably be putting in six hours of unpaid overtime every night.

I always figured Merv was gay. I didn't realize it was recently revealed, or that he was passing away. On the other hand I also count an the Carpenters and perhaps Donnie and Marie Osmond having been incestuous, and that's never been announced either.

Fidel's probably bed ridden and senile these days, and there's no plan for that, so they're in a holding pattern.
