Well, I was just trying to give advice. I am not going to join in the pity party for FB anymore and I cannot talk to him because it is pointless so I am now going to have 5 blocked people... Seeing what you say FB is a waste of my time. Toodles! |

hmmmm... ok well I am *KIND OF* on the other end of this situation because I do get free health care and help from the state. For the most part we do OK paying our bills. We make like JUST enough to pay rent, cable, food and gas for the car. We never have any money to save up for anything and if we just pay rent or all of our bills and something happens (car problems, emergencies) we don't have any money for it and end up having to borrow. I have been looking for a job but have had no luck so far... We aren't at a place where I would have to accept something like fast food and Chris would rather I not take a job like that because it really would make me miserable!!! lol. I am focusing on trying to get more and more gigs this year for face painting because if I do 2 birthday parties a week I make about 200 bucks. Then there are craft fairs and church festivals... the skies the limit. I ordered post cards off of Vista Print (100 free) + shipping and I am going to send them to businesses for like summer work parties and things. I don't know... my point is that while I am always kind of needing help I do always take care of the major things so that my kids have a roof over their heads, it is warm under that roof and they have food to eat. If things got desperate I would take a fast food job if I had to... like if my kids had no heat. I think if you say no a few times she will get the hint and stop asking so much. Like with a toddler... They cry for a piece of candy and you give in... they learn to cry to you every time they want candy then. I also make attempts to pay people back also... Or at least try to when I can. I would never just not want to pay someone back. Seems as though she just wants money without having the means or desire to pay you back ever. |

I wasn't being mean or calling him names. I like him even though I do not agree with 98% of the things he has to say. He was posting in a way that seemed as though he wanted sympathy and I explained to him why he doesn't deserve the sympathy in this case. I am not trying to jump down his throat or attack him... He feels attacked and that this place has become something that is really is not. CK and FB have always gone after each other and I have seen things that I thought were awful of FB to say and I have seen things that I thought were awful of CK to say... Either way he doesn't deserve sympathy. Hopefully he will take what I said constructively and try to make amends with people who he has offended... I would hate for people to dislike me to the point that everything I said is automatically read with rolled eyes... I have people on here that I really do not like or want in my little internet world and I have them blocked... like 4 people!! I decided it would be better than attacking them. | EyesOfCharisma

oh booohooo... like you haven't contributed to that? Like you aren't guilty of doing the exact same thing? Maybe if you were nicer to people they would be nicer to you. You have even said mean stuff to me in the past and I tend to stay out of your posts because I know that is what will happen. Just my 2 cents... If you work on making things right with the people you have name-called maybe things would change. Everyone is guilty of getting a little over-heated once in a while but you have the rep of doing it more than others... which is why everyone automatically thinks negative. |

I probably won't end up being able to go... I mean in theory the 350 for the actual convention sounds like it would be affordable... Then with the hotel included it is like 850. It is May 26th-30th http://www.fabaic.com/newsite/registration.php and that is where the actual convention is... If I were to stay with someone or at a different hotel then I would have to rent a car and that would be expensive (plus I don't have a credit card)... Plus I keep forgetting that I would have to pay for the flight down there... So all in all it would probably be like 1300 or 1400 with food and stuff... boo!!!! |
