i am a little bit afraid of nanotechnology.
i tend to mistrust all technology, although that may not be wise.
though i wish for return to a simpler world, i have to remind myself our present path might NOT be bad. it remains to be seen.

All the subjects you discuss are 'mind over matter'. That they all have entirely spiritual and entirely scientific counterparts is hardly of consequence. They are the same thing. If you have an open mind you'll see that my comments do actually pertain to the subject of the survey's (given the survey body) I comment in. 'Alchemy' fits in 'conspiracy', 'Enlightenmant' fits in 'new son'. you mispelled phoenix, I guess you see {copy and paste}. I have an index and all the personal survey dialogues I have. I'm not sure I even have a link to the billboard. the 'SC users homepages' is someone elses doing and is different than my photo posting page.
Perhaps you mean your felt perceptions and theory differ: you feel you are solely a limited person amidst other people, your theory and memories may differ from that.

Actually I had. It was at the bottom of my links page (almost all pages are listed if you go to 'navigation' though). Theres almost nothing there so far. The SC counseling index is also on my links page.

Thanks, I prefer to go directly for the research papers myself. Art Bell's compilations, though mind inspiring, are so often watered-down for a mass media format and full of paranoid gimmickry, which is a shame, because there are interesting things happening in most of the fields he discusses. I suppose you and I bear a semblance to him. He's certainly great for channeling off of. I just dropped into a 5pm meditation global minute; I just found out about it last night. Now that I know of it, I guess I'm tapped into a network that let's me know when it's time. Too bad we weren't all using personal lat./long. time zones. We could get a prayer current spinning the globe in solar synch.

A very important holiday for me (nothing to do with politics). I manifested as firework displays last year. I was married on a July 5th, and since my wife wanted to keep our anniversary private, our son was born shortly after midnight on July 5th.

by the way, i tried to follow your suggestions on my future survey. sometimes i feel guilty that i make so many surveys, but trying to push surveys through qual is one of the most fun things i find about this site, next to talking to interesting people. you are really the only one who cares to reply to me.

Have you reached out to others with curiousity about their own material? Sounds, good. I once made a sparkling pyment (a floral methlegin (a fruity mead (a honey wine))) How do you get along with Zang, Twisty, & the new guy Brian? I enjoy the radicals and reactionaries here the most. Those and the sweet knowing types. Though I'd also get bored without some occasional gear head talk. You might not have even had a rapport with me if I hadn't seen what I could dig for.

I like zang and brian and brianw and many others, but mainly i feel i get an attitude from everyone. guess thats of my own making. i don't mean bad. i like intelligent people and intelligent rapport, but as i said before, you are the only one who cares to reply to me with any kind of interest. yes i enjoy the reactionaries too, i myself am one. but i don't think the people here understand me or my comments. it makes me sad almost, cause i love survey central, and i get the feeling from others they don't want me in thier community.

That's purely your own unfortunate delusion (the unwanted part). {you have much in common with micah. do you chat with him?} As far as the not understood, most of the famous minds in history (especially the spiritually minded) would not be understood by the average person. It dawned on me lately that it's not the big words that throw some people off, it's that they reflect thinking in a big space, and that if I wish to speak to them, I have to reduce the volume of my consciousness to something you could hold in your hands, create self-contained pearls, not portal-microcosms of similar size. There are many people here who don't begin to reveal their depth. You get some highly learned philosphers or conscious folks who still only talk about flowers and nose-picking stuff. Only a rare quip reveals their deep understanding. Some of the most cosmologically unaware are happier than you, so why should you be sad for them?

I am not sad for anyone, nor do i intentionally put people down. everyone has the right to be who they want to be. Yeah I like Micah a lot. His comments have always been humorous and cooml. I have had two best friends in my life named Micah. I guess I don't chat with him cause i've replied and he didn't respond. I just think i 'talk' here with my own sense of humor, and maybe i just come off like an butt-hole with my comments. i havnt figured it out.

Micah keeps to himself a lot. I haven't seen you coming off as an butt-hole, nor people disdaining you. Perhaps I haven't been on the same surveys and am thus protected from a reality I wouldn't care for. I'm on quite a lot of surveys though, and I think you're making something out of nothing. I spent the first three years of my awakening desperately hoping against all odds to have someone I could discuss my reality with. When I accepted that I was just being needy and let go of it, I started running into people everyday i could share my experiences with.

You know, it's funny. I often feel a similar way-- that there are some interesting people in this "community," but only a few seem to notice I exist, or to read what I write. I have no idea if I come across as opinionated, strange, or dry and unfunny, or what. Anyway, I thought I'd let you know that you're one of the people whose comments I make it a point to notice and read. You seem to have an interesting, intelligent set of views, without being too dogmatic about them. If I don't respond it's not because I wasn't interested in what someone said, necessarily, it's because what they said stood on its own and I didn't have anything to add to it. In conversation I would be nodding and smiling, but not jumping in just to hear the sound of my own voice.

There's a certain frequency I sort of figured that can recognize itself without needing to comment. I know it's nice to be appreciated. I try to read everyone's comments, but I make more of an effort to not miss yours. More important than that is just knowing you're out there.
