Not bad for a rainy cold Saturday.

It's rainy and cold here today

Awww I know how it is. All you can do is try and make the best of it.

It's sunny and warmer today Spring is just about here.

I'm damn well ready for it too.

Get that grill ready

I have more then a grill I'll be using. I have two huge smokers I use a lot. I can get a lot in one of them. I can do a whole hog, 25 or 30 briskets, some chickens and then some. I have 2 big charcoal grills and 2 big gas grills. I have 4 gas burners for pots and pans and a full size sink and a frig. All of this is put together in a U shape and it is covered. I can do every bit of my cooking right there in the yard.

I only have 1 grill You'll be cooking soon!

I need all that for the groups I cook for, elsewise I'd only have one.

Ick!! Yuck! Blech!
Last time I had them was when I was a kid... my mother would make us eat them. The only way I could choke them down was with a huge dollop of Miracle Whip.

Cool! Maybe we'll have to do the SC gathering at your place! I would even try some of your brussel sprouts... even though my childhood memories of them are very strong and gross. But my mom doesn't know how to cook... they were just the frozen kind that got boiled and tossed on a plate.
