fooyun	posted 23-Jun-1999 10:47pm Sometimes just insight, sometimes ideas that come when I'm really bored. Sometimes from news stories.
miykal	posted 24-Jun-1999 12:53am I get heaps of ideas for surveys and even write them down, but then give myself a cooling off period, reread the survey, ask myself, will Bill ban me from the site if I post it, and then post or not.
bill	posted 24-Jun-1999 11:11am I make a puppet of my fist, and it talks to me. It talks of many strange and wonderful things, the past, the future. From time to time it tells me to do things -- things that I'm not always comfortable doing -- but I'm somehow compelled to do them anyway. This is when I create a survey, when my hand-puppet (I call him Mr. Fist) instructs me to do so.
