I fantasize about spending time with my girlfriend.

It usually depends on what triggers the fantasy, or what has been on my mind a lot lately. If I had just had sex the night before I think about that, if I saw an inspiring movie I think about that.. so on.

And also I dream about owning my own home.....sigh...wouldn't that be perfect..

I think the world would be a better place if I was in charge

I marked most of them. I daydream about everything on there, except revenge. I can't seem to hold a grudge even if I wanted to. I also marked other because one theme certainly seems to be recurring in my musings. I tend to daydream about time travel. I really want to know what happened in the past, all of the past. Although if I did know all the answers to the historical enigmas, I would have that much less to wonder about and I do love to wonder.

I often fantasize that one day I will create new technology and become rich.

I create new technology all the time, and I'm definitely livng at poverty level. I've even got on the phone with COO's & VP's of companies that you've heard of. The idea is the smallest fraction of the money process. Lawyers, Venture capital, all sorts of junk I didn't want to deal with.

I go through spells where I'll only want women, and then spells where I only want men. Since I left that comment I haven't wanted women at all, but lately I've started thinking about it again.

I've only ever fancied men, but over the last few months I seem to be having plenty of fantasies about women. I don't think there's an explanation for it, apart from that it is a fantasy which will stay as nothing but a fantasy.

Personally, I think if you're fantasizing about women consistently, it is a strong indication of bisexual tendencies. If the thought of being with a woman sexually excites you, why not give it a try? The worst that happens is you find out its not for you, your curiosity has been satisfied, the end. You could however discover all sorts of fun you have been missing out on.

To be honest, my experience with women is extremely limited. My only encounter was strictly kissing and fondling, and it was a very bad experience for various unrelated reasons. I still fantasize about women though. Sometimes I desperately want to feel a woman.. but hitting on your own sex seems even riskier than hitting on the opposite sex so I haven't managed it yet. Some day..

I don't know. So far no, excepting that any warm-hearted body has some appeal. I wouldn't in my life have expected to have been interested in my last two girlfriends. One was a much older brilliant mystic rennaissance lit phd who could look sexy one day but almost like a story hag at other times. She was second woman lover including my wife. The other gorgeous gal would barely admit to being my friend, though she exchanged gifts and I often kept her antique store open till sunrise. She would scream and close up shop if I mentioned I love her. Before her party she told me I'd never make it with a woman, so I flirted heavily with all her girlfriends. She was so fuming that at the end of the party she spent an hour screaming at me "You don't make the F'n sun come up." (I did a rain dance on the back of her couch which was followed a couple hours later by hours of lightening, so maybe I do.) Neither of them are talking to me now. The mystic one said "goodbye angel" as her parting words (I was making arrangements to move nearby that day). I'd thought at that point we'd be some sort of together for life, instead the next day she called me and all my family to rave death threats. (She accused me of the soul draining experience, I silently suspected her of causing). She had raved the visit before that I was too dense to see that she was dying. It was much like the movie 'Harold and Maude'.

Anyhow, however we might flirt, my memory impression is that you are one of those East Coaster's, and I have heard you're comfortably married. I'd describe what I'm interested in, but that seems not to be what I'm drawn towards, which is, it seems, mind expanding challenges in getting along. I know almost nothing about you. I've only had a couple people here perk my interests.

Whenever I fantasize I tend to see myself in a comfortable situation. My fiscal & financial abilities may be enhanced but never greatly improved.
For example, I will sometimes fantasize about winning the lottery but not even in the fantasy will I think of quitting my job. My fantasies just make me more me than I currently am.

I've never considered myself as someone with bisexual tendencies. I suppose time will tell.

Just wait it out. Chances are you're going have the cat take an interest when you are in a sense not there, and aren't adding a lot of thought to your interaction. The other possible technique is to get a kitten that will enjoy interacting with you as an example and buddy for Stevie. I couldn't imagine getting a single cat myself. They do all sorts of playing that I can't compete with, though I do go out on midnight walks around the neighborhood with them and talk them into trees and such. They've become excellent climbers.
