what?
(count-down)
basic tool of mystical connection to the logos.
Teaching is a great way to be an increasing conduit. Electricity stops flowing through a lamp cord when there's no bulb.
It sounds to me like you know what needs done. Empty your mind. When you are at peace you make that connection to advice which can keep you effective without clutter. When I've overwhelmed myself with clutter, I sleep with the stereo on with intent to wake up in the middle of the night in a pure receptive state, perhaps even start my next morning that way. However you do it, you need to stay in light hearted detachment. If you come to the logos in desperation you may get a busy signal.I've been talking with a neighbors parrot lately (in parrot). It's an amazing language. The words are all nouns or movements, repetiton and tempo can indicate context, the tone represents emotional content. It's not really to diferent from basic human. I can't see him from my bathroom. I ask things like can he fly, to which he cheerfully pridefully says yes. I describe my astral flights - fly around up, way up, way up, way up, ALL around. I discuss basic metaphysics - events around repeated in me - in me, projected all around! - in you projected all around? That one was way too much for him to take on, it was like Ummm, let me get back to you in a few years on that one. I ask if he understands the squacking bird in the neighborhood. Oh yeah, we talk all the time, he says. The guy is full of love. Great fun to talk to. He's the same parrot who used to yell 'Kristal' and do the sexy whistle whenever I was doing summer-day make-up.
Stuff like this is waiting for you at every juncture. You just need to get yourself in the right spirit. Like being too tired to play guitar, I could have easily never exploited the opportunity to learn parrot. It's always a pull yourself up by the bootstraps ordeal. Create energy when you have none. Remembering you do that is the trick. When one's depressed you forget that anything is possible or worth the effort.
