| 31 | I don't think I would really want to, but I don't think I would except or believe it with out seeing the person. My Dad was in Nebraska when he died and was cremated the next day. I think that is why it took me so long to believe my father had passed away. It wasn't until 3 months later when we finally had his funeral service at Arlington that I accepted that he was really gone. | 38 | I know, and I do understand that feeling. I think back many times about how it felt to wake up next to the man I loved and how good it felt to be needed, but it was not all good. It's a terrible feeling to be alone, but even worse to feel alone when there is someone next to you. I think it was not him who made me feel alone but my own fear of opening up and trusting that made me feel so alone. If patience is truly a virtue then when you are ready to give yourself completely the right man will come along. Good luck with that, as for me... I have no patience!
