| 43 | Yeah I keep all kinds of old papers, greeting cards, and mementos. I have a big metal box that I've been shoving stuff in since I was a little kid. That box has coasters, rocks, jewelry, patches, postcards, news articles, and all kinds of other random junk and papers shoved in it. Going through it is a blast from the past. | How sentimental are you? |
| 44 | Nope. It's a bit bigger than a shoebox, I guess. It is CRAMMED full tho. I also have a big fat file folder in my desk that I put the more recent things I've saved in. | How sentimental are you? |
| 45 | I don't know. Me. It's pretty simple.... I'm not sure why I would need reference materials to know I shouldn't be buying hotpockets, doritos, candybars, and fastfood. | Where do you get your information about what food is best to eat? |
| 46 | I called the principal back. She left a message for me yesterday.
I was worried she would have something negative to say. In a way, she did... but it wasn't as bad as I was worrying about. For the past three years, my kid has been chosen to take gifted testing to see if she can be in special gifted classes. She takes the tests, and we always get a letter back that says she didn't qualify. Apparently, the testing place called the principal to tell her that every single time, my kid gets almost every single answer right... but she doesn't answer enough questions in the time allotted. This is a trait that I am very familiar with. When she is given time restraints, she freezes. The principal wanted to tell me that she had requested that she re-take the test in the second round this year. That's great - but she also voiced concerns about attention deficit. She said that it wasn't her place to diagnose, but that she wanted to talk to me about it. She said that in most kids, it manifests with behavior issues but that she is afraid it will affect my kid academically. She knew that I have talked to the teacher about what we call "Mary World". She's a dreamer... and that's what I told the principal. Dreamers grow up to be amazing adults, imho. I'm also not of the opinion that timed tests are a good indicator of intelligence.... and I have no doubt my child will rise to the top whether she's labeled gifted or not. | What is the most exciting thing that you've done since you last woke up? |

| 48 | Maybe light intermediate. I usually get a slight burn at the start of summer, and then a tan after. I don't spend much time outdoors anymore, so I'm more likely to burn than I was when I was young.
