| 109 | I had some great experiences in full-time summer activities. If school went year-round, students wouldn't be able to do things like that, unless they fit into one of the shorter breaks. And of course, unless lots of schools switched, there wouldn't be activities scheduled around the non-standard vacations. I'm all for education year-round, but school isn't the only education, and in many cases, it's pretty poor. I'd hate to keep kids from doing other things.
