But people have pointed out that error to you many many times and you still do it. You claim that people who don't like your surveys should tell you why so you can fix it, but in the past that hasn't worked. Maybe people are tired of giving you the same feedback. Instead of doging about it, write down the main things people have pointed out about your surveys in the past.
