| 7272 | cranberry sauce is basically just jam made with cranberries... it's pretty tasty and you could use it however you'd use jam, though it's strongly associated with turkey. There's a tradition of preparing certain game birds with berries... I think that's where cranberries came in to the picture... with turkey, as it was a game bird a long, long time ago.
