| 37 | mademex: it isn't a dream for me. I don't understand why you would think it was an active dream for those who said yes. You are making far to broad an assumption with your statement. the only bills that would matter are the credit cards. if it is all expenses paid, I'd assume that whomever would keep up the minimum payments on my bills(or i'd find a way to work it into my expense vouchers or whatever). minimum payments to the credit cards wouldn't be much of an expense to some entity paying for world travel for a year. when I find a new job, I will be working at eradicating my outstanding debt. once that is done, then I would be free and clear to do something like this if I wanted to. I don't have any ties that couldn't be put on hold for so short a time. As to why I don't seek to do it: It would take too long to save the money and there is no reason for me to do this. if it were the result of a contest, then why not. it would be fun. | If you won a free trip around the world for a year, but had to quit your job and leave the next day, would you go? |
