Happiness is under my control. | Summarize the knowledge and/or wisdom you have gained from your life thus far in a single, simple, sentence.
Black trousers, black socks, black shoes, blue t-shirt, blue fleece over the t-shirt. I can't remember what colour my underwear is and I'm not going to check it here as I'm at work in an open-plan office | What colors are you wearing right now?
I am now! | Were you aware that Survey Central was created February 1997 and this month is its birthday?
No-one. | Who do you envy, and why?
I don't think animal emotions can be categorised in any way that has a one-to-one correspondance with human emotions. | What emotions do you think a dog is capable of experiencing?
I think it is a bit cliquish, but I don't think that's necessarily such a bad thing. I don't think you can have an effective community without a certain amount of inward focus. I think that qualifiers are sometimes excessively harsh on newcomers - very often, it's obvious that a survey is by a newcomer because it doesn't conform to the accepted norms around here, and rather than offer constructive criticism people just flame it to death. Also, I think that some of our accepted norms aren't really as valuable as they sometimes appear to be - I think survey creators should be given a bit more slack to create surveys the way they want to, rather than being pressured into always having an "other" option or whatever! | Is this little community (Survey Central) very cliquish and doesn't welcome newcomers too much?
location: in front of the computer race: grand prix age: old enough sex: yes, please height: sea level weight: imperial feet size: 12 inches - like all feet | What is your location, race, age, sex, height, weight and feet size?
Alive! | Who, or what would you like to be in a future life?
My real name is freely available on the net, but I prefer not to reveal it here as this is a forum in which I can participate as an avatar rather than the real me. Having said that, the avatar known as "msgman" shares my real opinions and beliefs, so it's not that much of a facade. I could always offer a prize for the first person to successfully "unmask" me | What's your real name?
I have a strange kind of feeling that I've seen this survey before | Do you remember the first time you experienced déjà vu?
