Also, those that can not afford it because they have to many kids, & they only had that many kids to get more government aid in the first place, NOPE. If the needy parent IS willing to participate in the cost in some way (even if it is to volunteer at the school their child is attending) and is a productive member of society that doesn't believe in "hand-outs" then definitely, YES, help them out! Also, if the child IS of age to help in paying the cost & willing to do so...YES! "Help those that help themselves!"
