They are the innocent victims here and it should never be a case of "you can't see the kids because you're behind on the child support", especially if the child/children have an existing good relationship with this parent. I would never want a child to hear "You can't see your father/mother because he's behind in child support." That is so wrong to say to a child and creates confusion within the child, anger too!
