I respect your privacy in your relationship with your parents. If a woman hits a man, does that man have the right to hit her back?
Hmmmmm.... Unfortunately, something that could be used to the good, can also become something for evil purposes. I can see it may be advantageous in some areas, but I still feel uncomfortable with it.I really want to know peoples reaction to this article!
I've made bread in the past, but haven't recently. I have a bread machine, but have never used it. (It was free with the purchase of a juicer). I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer. Unfortunately, making healthy bread is a lost art, and hopefully will be revived. My mother as a child (10 years old) made the bread for the family, from scratch, knead and bake. Young children are not being taught the wonderful arts of cooking at home. I am thrilled to hear that many of you are baking your own bread. I am very concerned about the breads, and wheat flour that is offered to make breads today, most of them like concrete, and weighs in our bodies as a concrete. I've read in my blood type diet book, that type O people should not eat regular wheat (hybrid), but should eat the bread (non-hybrid) made of spelt. I knew of a girl that had cancer, and was told to make her own bread, grind it herself, and bake. She said she was making it for 11 cents a loaf, however, this was 20 years ago. Do you bake your own bread?

I think being a homemaker is the hardest, most important, most fulfilling job a person can do. I've worked on the outside of the home, and worked as a homemaker, with children, and working on the outside of the home is much easier. Several years ago, someone did research on the value of a homemaker/parent. At the time, they did this research, I found that my value as mother/homemaker was twice what my husbands yearly salary was. In reality, my husband couldn't afford me LOL. The sad reality is a homemaker/parent is not appreciated to what she/he brings to the home. The home is or should be the center/with God, and family. You can't put a real price on the value of the homemaker, because it's so important. Raising children has to be the most important job in the world, along with making a home a warm, , clean, serene environment for the family.Imagine you get to choose between being the breadwinner/wage-earner or the homemaker in a household, which would you be?

I try to keep an even keel. Obviously, in life, you will run across people that have diametrically opposing views, makes you feel tense, but I remain on an even keel. I'm not a physical person, I'm verbally calm. Is there anyone in your life that just seems to bring out the worst in you?
