And management used the union as an excuse not to punish those who deserved it, therefore an antagonistic atmosphere was created between those who did the work and those who didn't. When contract negotiations came the mighty union got us a 2 fudging cent raise,after four years without a raise, and like you said cloudy, our union dues went up.
