| 119 | I checked fair shape. I do the minimum, 35mins of something aerobic (nordic trak)at least 3 times a week. I love yoga and manage to do that 3 or 4 times a week for about 30 mins. That's when life isn't insane and I can stick to a routine. That routine gets blasted every couple of months for about 3 weeks if: I'm overworked, have guests, or just fall off the wagon. I'm terrified of suffering the effects of high blood pressure, and cancer which got both of my parents. I should weigh less for all that, but I to eat, especially rich, fatty unhealthy things. So I have really strong legs (from nordiking), a big ole stomach, a double chin, and I'm really flexible (that tummy doesn't keep me from getting my palms to the floor & then some) | What is your level of physical fitness? |
