we get this stuff called farmer's cheese, holy cow is it ever wonderful. it's a white cheese that is softer in texture, but not super soft like mozzerella or anything. the flavor is mild, but has a distinct taste to it. the stuff just goes w/ everything, it's fabulous. great...now i'm a hankerin'. | You know you're getting old when ..... |
