Bart the hamster, Ren the guinea pig & Stimpy the rabbit, Stan the rabbit (South Park), Penfold the hamster (Dangermouse - British cartoon) etc etc | Have you ever named a pet after a fictional character?
magbast: Yup, we in the UK do use the metric system, but not through choice. Since we've become more integrated into Europe (bah, humbug) retailers have been forced to switch to metric for the weight/volume of produce they sell. However, I and everyone I know still measure our weight and height, plus distances to and from places in imperial measurements. I don't know how tall I am in centimetres and quite frankly I don't care. | Should the United States officially convert to using the metric system?
Once a week or thereabouts. Incidentally, the new version of the Oxford English Dictionary came out the other week. Apparently, the word "clitoris" is typed in large bold font with an entire page to itself but most men still can't find it. | How often do you use a dictionary?
Depends what i'm reading and who it is. If its a joke someone has sent me on e-mail, I've got no probs with anyone sharing in it. | Do you mind when people read over your shoulder?
Robocop - when i was 13 i think | How old were you when you saw your first R rated movie?
Its a PG-13 now, although its been re-rated. I don't know what it was before. I was about 6 or 7 when I saw it too. | How old were you when you saw your first R rated movie?
In my country there already is a law against it. Thats why I use a hands free set. It might look like a Borg implant but it stops the police pulling me over when I'm talking in the car. | Should there be a law against using hand-held cell phones while driving?

A+ | What is your blood type?
I listen to opera despite having little or no knowledge of Italian or German. I started listening to a lot of welsh bands (like "Gorky's Zygotic Mynci") before I picked up the language. Most foreign music I listen to is in either French or Spanish, which I can understand. PS - The Eurovision Song Contest was on last weekend (13th May). The Latvian entry was wearing white bell-bottoms. yikes | Do you listen to music containing lyrics in a language you don't understand?
