Times seem most logical when expressed in decreasing measure of time - i.e. hour then minute then second. In my job, I'm constantly searching for things by date in Oracle databases. The default nls_date_format is DD-MON-YY, so today is 03-DEC-09. | What's the proper way to format dates? |
