42I used to get depressed around Christmas. My first child was due on Christmas Eve 2000, but I miscarried. My youngest niece was only two and a half years old then and I used to see her and imagine how she and my daughter would have been best friends. It used to kill me and I spent all of November through January crying my eyes out. But time does help to heal wounds.

I've lost three more children since then and had a hysterectomy in February of this year, so motherhood isn't something that will happen for me.

However, I think of myself more as an Earth Mother. It is my responsibility on this earth to mother those who need love and nurturing and can't find it in any other person. I have a very caring heart and an old soul and love helping others. If I had children of my own, I couldn't give that much of myself. But as it is, I can. It's not such a bad way to be.
Do you get depressed during the holidays?
43I can't help it. I've used the same screen name for a long time and when I want to use it somewhere, but it is already taken by another person, it makes me angry.

I didn't go to kindergarten and I never learned to share.
How would you feel if some user got him/herself a similar name to yours?
44Less hate, more love. Less political bullcrap, more government of, for, and by the people. What does the world need less and more of?
45I hate the whole political party issue right now anyway. A friend of mine is a conservative republican. He claims that I am a liberal democrat. I'm just a girl who believes in freedom and who believes in helping others. Be that what it may. Most of beliefs fall into the democratic side of the scale, but I really choose no side. I think the country would be a much better place if we stopped choosing sides and chose to fight evil and help others. How hard can that be?

By the way, I live in a fluffy bunny world full of peace and love. I can't help it other don't feel the same way.

Thanks for the welcome. I did a search for a "congratulations on finally losing your virginity" e-card for a friend of mine last week and this site came up on the link. I think the question was "at what age did you lose your virginity". I haven't answered that one yet. Some things are best left unsaid. But for those things that aren't, I'm here. * smile *

I've looked through some of the questions. Much more insightful than I was expecting and I'm very impressed. I'll definitely stick around awhile and cause chaos and mayhem as long as I can.

Nice to meet you.

46I hate politics. It stands in the way of decision making and progress.

I like my fluffy bunny world. It's much nicer than the real one.

And I'm too old and cranky to be lead astray or easily shocked. * smile *

47I'm 32. How about you? What does the world need less and more of?
48Why, you're still a young pup. What does the world need less and more of?
49Oh wow. You're growing up. I don't know if anyone ever told you, so I'm going to break it to you gently. Um, life sucks.

There's never enough time to have fun or sleep and never enough money to go around and you're going to get your heart broken a million times. But other than that, it's a piece of cake. So have fun and be careful and try not to get cold in the process of living.
