Defenestration is removal through a window; I'd expect fenestration to be something like the installation of a window or the property of having windows. Aphasia is a pathological inability to speak, often psychological. An excrescence (sp?) is a pustule, sore, or similar skanky growth. Haggis is similar to excrescence... no, just kidding... it's a tripe dish, I believe, noted for being unpalatable to many. I know jackanapes is an insult, but I don't really know what it means.
