| 36 | I can empathise. I was in your position a couple of years ago, having had a bad experience in a shared house - but wasn't sure if I wanted to live by myself. However, I just took a bit longer and spent some time with my current housemate before I moved in and so far it's been good (now her boyfriend has finally moved out!!). I found the best phrase to put in my ad was 'I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home, not just a place to sleep'.
