| 35 | Thanks, John! It's always nice to see you, too! I had a really nice birthday -- had the day off work, then had dinner at a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant in town. (The pasta was great, but the garlic bread was TO DIE FOR!!) Ellen & I have been attending occasional cooking classes at a local kitchen shop and they're really a blast. They have different chefs teaching these classes, and that's where we met Alberto, the owner and chef of Il Granaio. I don't usually learn much new at the classes since I've spent so much time watching the food network, but we get to sample the food, and they serve wine, and it's always really fun. | How did you come across Survey Central? |

| 39 | YUM! How do you do your sweet potato oven fries -- about the same as you'd do regular spuds? I just had some deep fried sweet potato fries a few days ago at a pub and they were great. I'd love to do some in the oven.
We just bought a new grill yesterday! It's a small one called the Weber Q 200 -- a step up from their baby-sized one so we have room to cook for company sometimes, but it's still compact and fits nicely on our small deck. In fact, I have some ribs in there right now! I've never done ribs on the grill before. We'll see how they turn out! | How did you come across Survey Central? |
