| 391 | Now you put it like that, it's not so bad!!  Poor Dave - that sounds like you wouldn't even be able to move!! My disc was herniated - I found a picture on the web, pretty gross. There's four stages and mine was only the third worst, so lucky I went for physio when I did! A floating disc sounds BIZARRE. I am still kind of crap about the sun. I like a little tan - pale just doesn't suit. (Plus tanning makes you look thinner!  I am also dieting - Weight Watchers. I lost 7 pounds. | 392 | WW is good - except that I am a pig - I have done well this weekend though WW is easy to follow - you can eat out and make it work with your lifestyle, or even if you have a special diet.
