| 21 | I chose RPI, but I really only did my grad. work there. I started my undergrad at SUNY Buffalo, and transferred to Marist College after a year. After a total of 7 semesters (3.5 years), I had my BS in CS. Worked in the "real world" as a contractor for two years, then went to RPI for two years for my MS in CS (which was my goal from the start, so I "finished" my grad work). | 24 | They are in (non-religious) private school, and I try to work with them at home, too. Just last night, my eldest (5.75yrs) was begging me to work with him on his cash register workbook. We also do "word cards" nightly (the kids complain if we don't). I would have chosen both options, if I could have. I will probably send them to public school in a few years, but only after we've moved to a community with a really good school system; if money weren't an issue, I probably would continue to send them to private school instead. *** dab - I just read the lyrics to the Harry Chapin song, and it sent chills down my spine! Thanks for reminding me why I send my kids to private school! Also, one of my nephews had a similar experience at a very young age. | 26 | Generally, I prefer the later albums, as they were expirementing more, and the result is more unique. Abbey Road was still collaborative enough that the result is still quite good, but by the time Let It Be was being recorded, the group was dissolving, and the album suffers as a result (though not by that much!) | What's your favorite Beatles album? |
