Lately, I have had the urge to experiment with sleeping aids. My sleeping schedule is all messed up and I rarely manage to get six hours of sleep. Obviously, some days it really takes it's toll and I can't wait to finish work and veg out at home. | 34 | Yeah, you're right. I think the first time I tried one made me realize the side effects and I didn't like it. I should put my mind to it and try to adjust my sleeping schedule into a habitual routine and hopefully, I will be cured. On the dream note, for some odd reason I find myself more exhausted from REM. It could be that my dreams are a wee bit more wild than first realized. I always figured that it was due to the brain not shutting down properly and putting the body in a suspended animation state, but I guess I'm just lethargic due to a lack of proper sleep. lol I'm going to lay blame entirely on the Internet for my late nights.
