| 11 | I think other is used way too much. Its often given as an option (indeed its often forced upon you in qual) when its not needed. Consider the sort of survey that we often read in the newspapers.. eg "Do you think crime has increased or decreased in the past year" A question like this is often posed, and the results given as (say) 41% think increaded, 59% think decreased. Notice that there is no "other" option, no options for "I don't have an opinion on this". the simple choice of more or less is forcing people to choose. Its just a lazy person's way out to request a "dont know" or an "other" option in this case. | Other: What are your feelings about using this option? |

When you go to high school dances stuff a couple of socks down your pants to make you seem more imprseeive to the ladies. Its NOT ok for men to wear skirts, unless they are acting or scottish.
