Can we agree, that homosexuality is out of the norm? Can two women, or two men procreate? Obviously, they cannot. We should be trying to help them. I know they can be intelligent, loving. But, there is a personality issue with them. We have accepted many things in this day and age, that is wrong....accepting the lifestyle, as norm, I feel is wrong. You see, what other people do will influence others.. We're not an entity unto ourselves, we have a moral duty, to live and teach Biblical standards. Immorality, violence has been "accepted", and see where it has got us? The enemy within want everyone to accept the things that will destroy us as a nation. For instance, do you not want to live in peace, a non violent, morally right society? Free of drugs? I know I do. I can see what immorality (fornication, unloved illegitimate children, abortion, adultry, porn, etc) causes.. Violence (violence begets violence). Drugs has caused a breakdown in thought processes...can't make good decisions. The list goes on...and society has accepted these things, because they've fallen away from Godly principles....and having "political correctness" forced upon us. The enemy within has used "human nature" against the nation. We're all sinners to some degree or another, but must try to set the example by living or trying to live a better life. I truly feel some homosexuals feel they were born that way, for the most part, I don't think they were born that way, but the transformation happened in the very early stages of life...or I was once told, the transformation could have been in the first trimester of pregnancy, due to trauma. My thought it happened primarily in early stages, because how can a "heterosexual" change to a homosexual later in life? My daughter's friend was married for many years, had two children. There is a personality issue. Also, I read that if a homosexual is really to get help, the earlier the better, before 21 years of age, because it's nearly impossible to change psychologically when entrenched into a certain lifestyle. What would Jesus do? I would say he would want us to help, love the homosexual, not harm them physically as some Islam religious fanatics say. He would not want us to accept the lifestyle. We will be judged on our works.... we must not accept things that will affect future generations. God meant for his children to come through the womb of a woman, (with the help of a male contribution, an absolute) we have a responsibility to raise them according to Biblical principles. | 29 | As I have mentioned before....I have great understanding about the homosexual community. I have homosexuals in my family....my beloved daughter, brother, and niece. I feel the pain often. I am friendly/loving with my daughter's friend, give her the same gracious behavior as the rest of the family. My daughter and she never display any affection in front of the family. My daughter knows how I feel...out of respect for me, she does not. I love my daughter with every breath I breathe, hurts when I see her shunned,..the depth of the pain is indescribable. My daughter knows me....we have great love for each other, but knows my limits.
I understand how a homosexual may feel they need to be afforded the same rights as a heterosexual, but you, with a reasoning mind, know why. Giving the same rights on marriage as a heterosexual, it destroy the Biblical view on marriage, of procreation, the sanctity of the union. We can't allow this to happen. Through man/woman marriage, and procreation, we are bringing God's children into the world...it needs to be respected. I understand there are other issues regarding the financial end of homosexual relationships....they should legally, by different avenues be able to settle these issues. | 30 | You're right I don't know that much about homosexuality. I studied a little on the subject because of my family. I talked to a group that works with homosexuals and healing them. It was in Utah. I learned that there is a bonding time, a child needs with the same sex parent. A male homosexual NEEDS a bonding with his father....if he doesn't have it, he'll have an interest in connecting with males. I understand this happens within the first few years of their life, by five years, more intently the first two years. Also, a female homosexual needs the bonding with the father, she will feel inept if she doesn't feel accepted by the father. A dominant mother in the house, a passive father is prevalent in the house. I also understand, that it is possible, that if the mother suffers trauma during the first trimester of pregnancy, it will change the hormonal system. I tend to believe it is more in family dynamics. It is the breakdown of the family.
