321Never heard of it, but I will, and i'm sure i'll enjoy it. Thank you.Do you believe that Social Security retirement benefits will still be available when you retire?
322suebee seems to consider it such, and it's actually a popular attitude here in the U.S. The figure of speech 'how they're spending MY money' is common. Retirement investment shelters were merely a shift towards a libertarian money management arrangement from the '30's welfare state. It's a change in accounting systems, x + Y = z, not X + y = z. Recall the U.S. started with no taxes. Welfare would never have flown here in the 1930's of rugged individualism if it hadn't been presented as a security investment for retirement during uncertain times.
It seems you are trying to bridge the gap between Marxism-Leninism and conservative libertarianism (Reaganism), holding fast all the while to a system where every individual must be an investment banker to survive. If i understand correctly, then although your 'ends' are worthy, I am really disappointed with your 'means'. I like to invest in the welfare of the planet, though I know dharma was not created equal. Yes, i have plenty of thought on the subject, and i'll take it to www.progress when i figure out how to best arrive.

323By 2030 I hope we have libertarian communal volunter-work retirement villa's, co-sponsored by corporations and group plans for the self-employed. GDP projections will be way off as they now rely on the concept of political borders for corporate profits. Global corporate affiliations of independent contractors is where it's going. Let's see to it that we get Quality of life for everyone, in the new pension investments.Do you believe that Social Security retirement benefits will still be available when you retire?

Gee when i went to the carousel, all they had to offer was mechanical excercise belts, ice makers, and stepford wives, but no one caught that one.

330Jody- I think there was a chasing wench. As I recall, it was a ring, and who was chasing who was somewhat opened to interpretation. Sad to hear it's gone. Holocaust and Stalin didn't exist either.
they- to further explain. I was freaked out by the ghost of a pregnant woman on my bed. Next comment i stumbled upon was yours.
