I always loved pudding - but my mom rarely packed it for me. Lasagna would be wonderful (good lasagna). Lots of interesting fruit - persimmons, pomegranites (so they're not bored by apples and oranges). | I'm looking for ideas for school lunch box contents. Can you suggest anything good/interesting?
I've read some books - I wouldn't say he's better than Shakespeare, but maybe if I read him more deeply? I guess the people in his books depress me so I don't enjoy them as much as Shakespeare (which can be depressing too - but not so constantly depraved and miserable). | Is Charles Dickens England's greatest writer of all time?
OK, 152. I'm pretty proud of that. I'm "gifted". | What is your online IQ score?
I have an awesome personality. people don't always like me - and I think the characteristic that bugs them is that I don't "care" about them - in a fake, but socially acceptable way that I see propagated by people that people do like. I do care about people, in general (humanitarian), and if I like them naturally - but I won't ask about their day or their life or give them a big smile unless it occurs to me to care about the answer about how their day went or their life is going or I feel an impulse to smile when I see them. Mostly this isn't a problem - but there's some people in my life making this an issue right now. next year it'll be different people - a different issue. The people this year are upset that I don't greet them with enthusiasm and are trying to pressure me into acting fake. And there's other things that people don't like about me socially too - but I like myself a lot. i think I'm a very peaceful, sweet, sensitive, super-intelligent, almost non-conformist, genuine person. I avoid being fake as much as I can (recognise it) and I avoid nosiness - because I really don't see any appeal in learning about other people unless I care about them. | What do you think of your personality? Do you care what people think about you? Say what you like or dislike about yourself!!!
I do think more about shaving in summer - because it's hot and I want to get rid of any insulation - but I don't, probably, shave any more frequently. I always like to have my legs clean shaven no matter the weather. I tried having long body hair for a while a few years ago - but it was uncomfortable, physically. When I rode in an airplane with long hair on my legs in stockings the hair was aching for some reason - altitude change or something - and the long hair snagged on stuff otherwise in the day to day anyway (and it looked bad). i don't like long hair on my head either - so annoying - when the occasional piece falls out it's so ridiculously huge and annoying - when short hairs fall out it's not noticeable - and it feels so much lighter to carry short hair on my head (but my hair isn't cut short anyway - I would love to have a shaved head if it looked good on me). | Particularly for those living in climates with drastic seasonal changes...Have you more concern with being clean-shaven in the warmer months of the year than in the colder months of the year?
I don't like movie soundtracks, usually, but I always have the songs from Blue Velvet and another one by David Lynch (I forgot the name of the movie but it draws a lot on The Wizard of Oz) in my head. | What's your favorite movie soundtrack?
The thing I love about Black Orpheus is the very end when after all that misery has happened there's children playing music and a little girl dances. (very Brazilian character) | What's your favorite movie soundtrack?
Sorry, no idea. You'll find the answer. | What's your favorite movie soundtrack?
So far I've only been to Bahia so I wouldn't know much about Rio. Okay, I do have some Carioca friends I could ask them .... I think that you'll find the answer for sure because you have such a strong feeling about the place. | What's your favorite movie soundtrack?
I play Capoeira. Once I was allowed to take a breather out the window during the Capoeira class in Bahia. I looked outside at the neighbourhood - palm trees, Portuguese-style roofs. I thought "this is what Capoeira is all about" and I had a sense of the Brazilian personality that is in Capoeira. Pelourinho in Salvador is pretty cool - but you'll see it one day for yourself. | What's your favorite movie soundtrack?
