steve--What you say is fair. There are times I see racists behind every bush and this is not always true. I may have misinterpreted Seth's comment and if I did so then I apologize. | If you had a choice to change your age, would you become younger, older or remain the same ?
bill- I'm glad your brother-in-law was shifted from special education classes to regular ed classes. This is the goal of the "least restrictive environment" clause of the IDEA legislation. Since your brother-in-law is doing well in his new placement this would seem to indicate that the system is working. I don't think the travails of your brother-in-law have much to do with the situation at hand though. The question is, and always has been, should someone's poor grammar prohibit them from participating in a public forum on the internet? These seems to be an issue of censorship to me... Are you in favor of censoring the input of the people who frequent this site? | If you had a choice to change your age, would you become younger, older or remain the same ?
Thanks everybody for the feedback. hunter, jettles, et al. I will now refer to the series of surveys as the individual and the state. all-I will limit the use of the single choice survey, although I do like for people to have to choose between options rather than among them. daver- all of your points are valid. As far as the exclusivity of answers, I tried to present a spectrum of answers from economic libertarianism to socialism. I included the "baggage" to give a fuller description of the rationale behind that statement. | Which statement best describes your attitude towards taxes?
Seth-- When I wrote the option I was thinking of people who thought that they were paying for rule of law, but that taxes were too high. There are many people who feel there should be rule of law, but that law extends into areas that it has no place being. In other words the classic idea of federal bloat. | Which statement best describes your attitude towards taxes?
ditto | Would you like to have the survey rating divided into two separate ratings, one for content and one for style?
One thing you can do is stop counting hides as a bad rating. I hide some surveys so I can manage the size of my list that I have to read; not because they are bad surveys. There are some very good surveys I don't care to read about. | Would you like to have the survey rating divided into two separate ratings, one for content and one for style?
There are 16.4 cc's in a cubic inch(I think.) | How big engine does the car/cars you drive have?
Diff Eq is a separate course than regular calc. The selections might come from a college catalog. | How much math do you use on a regular basis?
I'd give a million dollars each to 20000 of my closest friends. | What would you do if someone gave you $20,000,000,000? (Twenty Billion)
That would be included in religious materials... | Which is most essential to you?
