First, no government is capable of making anyone happy. The best that's been tried so far is to limit governmental interference in one's own pursuit of happiness. Second, the cultures will be clashing whether there is one government or not. | 40 | Grow up. I am the first to admit that some of Brian's surveys are not to my personal taste. About one half to one third of his surveys though are quite good. Considering the number of surveys that he's written that means he's written more good surveys than most of the people who are on the top rated survey-writers list.
