| 11 | What I was told was horse and what I was told was moose, the horse was in France and I honestly thought it was beef. The moose was from my college room-mate who is from Maine. (A maineiac?) I have also eaten octopus, souse, pigs-feet(not pickled), goat, and some creole dishes that have had unspecified ingredients. I am sure I would not have eaten them if I knew the ingredients but I was a guest in the country. An interesting follow-up survey would be to ask which of these exotic dishes have people tried and would eat again? | Which of these have you eaten? |
