| 57 | Personally, I am glad he did what he did with IRAQ. However, I wish he could just get the person there that causes the problem and leave the rest of IRAQ alone. They need to off him themselves. They could live happily ever after. IRAQ agreed to not have weapons of mass destruction, not fly in NO FLY zone, and allow UN inspections. Over the past few months IRAQ has obtained sophisticated radar and has been firing upon US and Allies planes. THIS STRIKE WAS AN ATTEMPT to put him back in his place and make him comply. As for the rest of what is going on in the US it is too early to make an opinion of George Bush. He still has to clean up Clintons mess. | 59 | I wasn't going to comment until I saw some of the other comments. Now that I have read some of them I don't feel I would be out of line making my statement. Sequel summed it up in my opinion. I am white, and I believe in alot of what Martin Luther King said and tried to do. However I think that since his death people have taken advantage of his words, and have used them in ways he would not have intended. In my school years, I was taught that Martin Luther Kings dream was for all to be treated alike. In generations since, things have gotten somewhat better. However the white population is rapidly becoming the minority. It is ashame that there are still black people that think all whites owe them something. I AM NOT A BIGOT, however I don't owe anyone anything. And yes the blacks have groups to support them and the whites don't. The KKK is a joke. I do not like the way they appear to stand for all whites. They are a minority also. But if you look at in from another pt. of view, I am tired of the crying black groups who are always out to hang a white man when they can. If a black policemen kills a black person it really isn't talked about alot. But if a white policemen kills a black person then all hell breaks loose. OH, all of a sudden, the blacks cry that he was picked on because of his color. Get a grip people, it doesn't happen like that. Why is it that they hollar discrimination when they are caught doing something wrong. Do they think they should be above everyone just because of their color. Then all the black organizations jump into the limelight and make a big deal out of it. Personally, I don't care if your white, black, green, purple, blue, mixed or whatever. If you do something wrong you should have to face the same courts and jurors as everyone else. It really makes people look more quilty when they have to turn things into a racial issue in hopes of getting out of trouble.
