I think my taste has definitely developed independently from them though, and they really don't understand my love of country or hip-hop. I used to tease him about it, but I don't really think that much of a difference is a big deal. (Although the younger a person is the more significant age difference are. 15 & 20 is a big difference. 20 & 25, much less of a difference, but still could be noticeable due to the life stage thing, 70 & 75, who cares?)
