I'm definately a protector...protector from and of what I'm not sure yet. I just know that in my dreams and every waking moment I'm protecting something. Right now it's my sister and my friends....my sister has had many rape threats, in the mail and at school, and my friend is about to get fired if someone doesn't clear up this mess he's in. I'm doing my damndest. But as for a life-long purpose....I guess I'll find out what it is when I finish something and die very soon afterwards!!!Do you feel you have found your purpose in life? If so, what is it?
if you sue that costs money....why would you put yourself deeper in debt to take care of an older one?? I dont' think I've heard of this "law you're refering too, but "when in Rome....Do you believe anyone has the right to sue for debt? Think about it before you reply the obvious. You would not lend the money in the first place if you were not sure it would be repaid. Don't you think the world would be a better place with this law?
Been through a lot. OF course the veteranarian thing, the archeology thing, the mad scientist thing....I finally settled on kids and biology. Combine them together and you really only have two choices, science teacher (I hate teaching) or pediatrics :)When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
cappuccino and latte...*yum*How do you like your coffee?
hard decision, if he is impeached he probably won't be truly out of office until his term is up anyway, kind of a useless stalemate for the government. I'm not sure what censure is but it's probably the best thing since if he resigns think who will be in office....Gorey thought.....He's a minority party president, and will likely stay that way through the next congressional election, He really can't do anything in his position anyway except bang chicks and eat pizza. I say let him stay.Should President Clinton be impeached?
a friend of mine claimed that she was taken up in a space ship after walking outside and seeing it hover over the yard. She claimed there were faces watching her through a translucent area on the "bottom" of the craft. However she is a wonderful lier so I don't really know if she's telling all, partial, or no truth. I have seen many strange things in my life, most of them when I tell people about them, are described as an almost Out of Body Experience. Mist and fog and weird lights and sounds...I personally think it's all in the government, but then, I'm a wonderful x-files fan. As a biologist I have to look at earth and realize that all life here was just a coincidence, just a coincidence that DNA formed, that life multiplied, then went to land where eventually in a long string of "accidents" we came around. But then again, if we are alone and there is an inconceiveably huge universe out there....to quote the movie Contact....seems like an awful waste of space.UFOs, aliens, extra-terrestrial life-forms...
well, I had to pick a bunch of them. I started on the ocarina...I didn't like it much. Then in school I learned the violin and later the string bass, which led to the electric bass. While I was in high school my sister took up the clarinet and oboe, which she taught me, and my cousin the saxaphone which I learned myself and had to teach him. I've known how to at least pick out the notes on a keyboard since I was 5 or 6, now I can play just about anything. I played the bagpipes a couple of times (hey, I got scottish heritage, I'm allowed) and my sister got a dulcimer for christmas which she got bored with and gave to me. The Viola and Cello I just wanted to try something different and since the cello is just a large Viola it was easy to swap between them. BTW, you forgot singing lessons....I spend 8 years in choirs at school and church, and two of those summers at a music camp in Breckenridge, CO, taking voice lessons. In case you can't tell, Music is the second most important thing in my life. What musical instruments can you play fairly well? And how did you learn to play them?
My friend Laura and I attended a hypnotherapy session to lose weight, it worked wonders for her (she dropped nearly 50 lbs in 3 months, not a safe amount but she managed to keep it off) I lost 10 and then it quit working. Her mom used the same one to quit smoking but it didn't work for her mom at all. I've tried aroma therapy along with coached psychotherapy and.....well, let's put it this way, I'm still alive, though I'm not the happiest person alive!! All of it is really in your own mind. If you think it will work or is working I will almost guarantee it will. BTW, there is a mind/body connection, it's called your spinal cord :) also, biofeedback is something everyone experiences. If you've ever had a craving for something, and I dont' mean pickles and ice cream, but for cheese or beef, your body (bio) is telling you it needs more iron or calcium (feedback). However I think the idea of going out into nature and "listening to your body" is a waste of time, though quite relaxing if you have no other way of escape.Do you believe there is a mind/body connection?
the Divine Comedy, I think also known as Dante's Inferno. Also, anything by Edgar Allen Poe is weird and cool at the same time. You kinda have to be in the mood first though, such as just getting dumped or whatever. also, Stephen Kings short stories, like in Night Shift, tend to be stranger than his normal works. What is the strangest book you have read?
usually every month, but when I'm trying to grow it out, Like I am now, I'll get one ever 3-5 months. Then again, it depends upon when I have the money to spare. How often do you get a haircut?
