1Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Scuba Diving... there was one diving experience that came pretty close to ending my life.Which of the following dangerous/semi-dangerous activities have you participated in?
2Yeah, that happens a lot, unless ppl. are over to watch a movie or something. Our kitchen is a pretty rocking place... all it needs are some bar stools. ;)If you have people over to your place, do they all seem to want to hang out in the kitchen?
3I know that when I smoked I didn't really care. I was young and figured I could recover later in life. I have seen warnings on packs in countries outside the U.S. and they are much stronger, like "Smoking causes Death" and not just "Um, this may not be so good for you".... But then many more people smoke in some of those countries (England and France for example -- I just got back and was relieved to be able to eat in a non-smokey place) So I would have to conclude that it doesn't make a heck of a lot of difference. In your opinion, how effective are the American Surgeon General's warnings on packs of cigarettes?
4I have a photo of myself and Tori Amos with her sig. I have A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers. He drew a funny little picture, signed it, and also smeared the cover with glitter...
I have a xerox of something autographed as well, does that count ??
Do you have any autographed items?
5If you relate mellowness to energy level, then yeah, but if mellow refers to easygoing and not being uptight then I'd have to say it depends on the individual.Do you think, in general, that people mellow with age?
6It's hard to know what other ppl listen to... I'm sure that some people will have heard of these.

Red House Painters
Magnetic Fields
Meryn Cadell
Sirensong
Groovasaurus (not so obscure to the boston folk)
Hunters and Collectors
Which obscure music do you listen to?
7nothing really. I still use the telephone, read the paper and go out to stores..Which of the following things has the Internet replaced in your life?
8John Cusack. ;) Hmm... I would like to have Audrey Hepburn from her Breakfast at Tiffany's era. I have a thing for glamorous women.. I want to be one. If your life was made into a movie, what actor would you like to play you?
9Mrs. Crooks. She was my science teacher in the 8th grade. Very caring. She kept classes interesting with great experiments that brought all the little things together in a fun way. I remember the sludge experiment.. We were given an unknown substance and had to break it down into all it's components and identify them all. Who was your favorite teacher at school and why?
10memepool.com is my source for wacky web links.Other than Survey Central, what are some of your favorite web sites to visit for fun?
