If a person is truly trying to be constructive, their criticism will be worded so that there will not be the possibility of anyone taking it as judgmental. If a person has a "holier than thou" attitude it can't be hidden behind the words they use. Maybe, after voicing a criticism, people reread their reaction and asked themselves "is this the way I would want to be treated?" or "what would I do if a teacher of one of my children responded in this tone?", this would be a kinder and gentler place to come. | What kinds of criticism are ok on Survey Central? |
