| 1 | Yes, twice and enjoyed it both times. The first was in the early 90s, a short 3-day budget Bahamas cruise on Carnival (it was actually combined with a Disney World stay). The second was a couple years ago to Alaska on Princess for 6 days or so, and it was nicer though still affordable. There are aspects of cruises I'm not into (e.g. formal dinners), but it's nice being on a big ship on the ocean and visiting a new place every day (with various optional tours to pick from or not). Cruising up to glaciers was really cool. Also, eating breakfast early in the morning in Stagway bay, watching Orcas cresting was great. | Have you ever been on a cruise vacation? |
