| 6 | Theory: Souls are 5 dimensional. Our existence is a projection of these 5D souls onto space-time (4D - 3D+time). A shadow might be a decent metaphor for what this would be like (a shadow being a 2D "flat" projection of a 3D object). But, the same object can cast more than one shadow (depends on how many light sources there are). Thus, the same 5D soul could project more than one existence. And, assuming that souls exist in an infinite "timeless" 5D state, "when" they project their existence into our universe is another variable. Thus, the same soul likely projects many times (could explain "past lives"). Also, the existence this projection creates is always different (like shadows are different depending on where the light shines on the object and where the shadow lands). Perhaps, there is truly only 1 soul and we are all projections of It (God?). Each of us has a little shard of God in us.
Or perhaps these things exist in different planes. Our universe is a plane and Souls have their own plane as well (or that is the creation/God plane). But, the planes are like flowing sheets (similar to a clothesline on a breezy summer day). Sometimes the sheets/planes touch, in fact they touch a lot. And, each point of contact is a life or millions of lives. String theory has an explanation for the Big Bang this is like this, planes colliding. | If there is only one soul per person how come there is a population explosion?
